The FIP diaphragm valve range is evolving: here is the new CK/CP DualBlock®, one of the most compact available on the market.
FIP introduces to the market the new CK/CP DualBlock®: an impressively compact and redesigned diaphragm valve featuring an optimized internal design to ensure excellent performance even in the most demanding applications.
This new all-plastic diaphragm valve is fully interchangeable with the previous unionised CM/CP series and complies with EN 558 standards.
The anti-unscrewing system prevents piston rotation, minimizing diaphragm wear and ensuring long-lasting, maintenance-free operation. In fact, the new CK/CP boasts an operational life exceeding 1 million cycles*.
But that’s not all — to facilitate alignment of connections with the pipeline and specific plant configurations, this innovative valve comes standard with 90° orientable compressed air inlets.
Safety and reliability are the hallmarks of the new CK/CP, which joins the industrial-grade DualBlock® valve range. The fully embedded diaphragm seal within the valve body, thanks to an integrated circular rib, and the anti-unscrewing safety device on the actuator nut are key features that enhance the effectiveness of the external sealing system.
