In a new luxury residential complex located in the province of Bologna, the project involved the demolition of an existing warehouse and the construction of two buildings. The REDI invisible slot grille was installed on the private terraces and common areas, a solution that allows designers and architects to create elegant and functional outdoor spaces, ensuring efficient surface water management while maintaining the aesthetic continuity of the paving.
Solutions Provided:
All products used are REDI brand. The REDI invisible slot grille was installed on 130 mm high modular PVC channels, designed to facilitate rapid rainwater drainage. Designed for proper waterproofing and system protection, a geotextile sheet was applied in this case.
Advantages:
Beyond design and aesthetics, safety and durability are essential. Terraces are constantly exposed to the elements and, in some cases, chemicals from cleaning products. The REDI invisible slot grille provides easy access for cleaning the channel; simply flip the slot grille over and glue the paving. Inspection is also completely invisible under the paving.
