With the FRIAMAT App you have everything under control at any time, online and offline, without registration.
For comfortable operation of the FRIAMAT 7 or the FRIAMAT eco prime melter during the melting process. Fusion and traceability barcodes can be read with the integrated scanner and all relevant data can be viewed easily and conveniently. Fusion protocols are automatically transferred to the app and additional information such as geographical data, photos and comments can be added quickly.
Complete documentation of the work results can then easily be emailed from the job site to the office.

The availability of the Bluetooth function in the FRIAMAT melter and therefore the possibility of using the FRIAMAT App depends on the country of use and the type of melter. To find out in which country the Bluetooth function of the FRIAMAT 7 prime and FRIAMAT prime eco can be used, refer to the respective instructions for use.

Android: There are many variations in how Android smartphones handle the technologies used in our products, such as: Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), as well as various standards and protocols. Since this compatibility varies between smartphone manufacturers, we occasionally experience compatibility issues with certain smartphones. The following models are currently known which can cause pairing problems with the FRIAMAT App:

No. To use the FRIAMAT app, neither a user registration nor a user account with login is required. After downloading the free App from the Google Playstore or Apple App Store and installing it on your smartphone, the APP can be used directly.
This can have several causes:
1. The FRIAMAT melting box is still connected to another smartphone. The connection with the existing Smartphone must be released via the FRIAMAT App.
2. Bluetooth is turned off on your smartphone and needs to be turned on first.
3. Some types of Samsung smartphones with Android 10 may have association problems with the FRIAMAT App. These cannot be used with the FRIAMAT App.
The FRIAMAT unit number (e.g. FR2010321) of the FRIAMAT melter to be connected can be found on the nameplate which is attached to the top of the metal housing of the FRIAMAT.
On some smartphones with the Android operating system it may happen that the Bluetooth connection request first has to be called up by swiping the display from top to bottom on the smartphone and then entering the connection number there.
This message appears if the geodata location could not be determined. Try again by updating the position in the FRIAMAT App in the fitting detail view.
The site data recorded via the FRIAMAT App, such as photos, comments, geographical data and the corresponding melting process data of the FRIAMAT casting box can be sent by e-mail to the address indicated as a download link. The data package delivered as a ZIP file contains a fusion report as a PDF file and a CSV file. The CSV file can be read and processed in Microsoft Excel®. The data package also contains the recorded photos. Their file names consist of the respective fitting ID and can thus be clearly assigned to the data of the fusion process in the CSV file.
