International Industry Sales Manager | Aliaxis Italia

We offer a role as International Industry Sales Manager who will be part of the International Business Development Team.
The seat of the candidate will be Aliaxis Casella (GE).
The role reports to International Brand Sales Manager – FIP. 

The Key responsibilities can be summarized as follows:

•    Responsible for Industrial Sales across all International Markets, working in close cooperation with the respective Regional Sales Managers.
•    Maintaining relationships with customers and prospects, through a high level of service and a high degree of attention to the relationship.
•    Creation of new business opportunities, through systematic, effective, and constructive relationships, aimed at expanding and building customer loyalty.
•    Managing commercial relations with the customer regarding new products, new services, which present a certain complexity. 
•    Managing customer relations, provide technical support and hold a consultancy role for the development of customized solutions.
•    Management of the Industrial complex projects, from the analysis of the requirements to the definition of technical solutions and the development of customized commercial offers with coordination of all interested parties.
•    Collaborating with Marketing department in terms of products and Market trends & needs.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

•    Technical Sales in BtoB environment, ideally, in a structured, modernly organized and strongly market-oriented companies (2-3 years).
•    Industrial Plastic piping system experience / knowledge will be preferential (2-3 years).
•    Strong commercial attitude, ability to analyze and evaluate commercial opportunities.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability and habit to work both independently and in a team.
•    Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow professionally, in full harmony with the company growth.
•    Customer and results oriented.
•    Public speaking, building relationships. 
•    Fluent English is mandatory. Second language is required.
•    Technical or Business Degree is a plus.
•    Availability to travel.
